| The R.U.L.E. Residential Program is designed to support the Containment Model for managing Sex Offenders in the community. The Containment Model Approach is a multi-disciplinary strategy for community managment of sexual offenders. It includes: The Supervisor: Parole or Probation Officer The Treatment Provider: a state licensed clinician providing weekly sex offense specific treatment The Surveillance: Certified Post-conviction sex offender Polygrapher, GPS tracking,call centers The Victim Advocate: to develop victim and community safety plans, chapperone program implementation. | |
